Stilburnin’ — Sat., April 21st, 9 p.m.–12:30 a.m.

Still Burnin'9 p.m.–12:30 a.m.

Stilburnin’ has a reputation for keepin’ that “rebel yell” alive!  Their explosive, high-energy shows feature classics from Lynyrd Skynyrd, Allman Brothers, Marshall Tucker, ZZ Top, The Outlaws, Molly Hatchet and more. When the band performs, they dress as though they were spending an afternoon with Gregg Allman in a Georgia roadhouse — jeans, cutoff black t-shirts (except for Roger Jordan who favors white), vests, shades and black hats. And don’t forget those snakeskin boots!  The band’s look and sound carry the essence and spirit of the old Southern Rock Masters.

Stilburnin’ was formed in 2002 with various accomplished musicians throughout the state of Massachusetts, all with the upbringing of Southern music and blues. The band has played many venues throughout the east coast, from New Hampshire to Florida. They are a hard-working, dedicated band that just likes to have fun and make good music. The biggest joy of playing out is the audience enjoying what they came to hear.

Dennis Douglas (bass guitar, vocals) holds down the bottom in Still Burnin’s able rhythm section. Tom Liberatore (lead guitar) plays slide and lead guitars. Steve Gunnard supplies rhythm guitar and lead vocals. Roger “Roddie” Jordan on keyboards and vocals. And Paul “Crash” Carchio is the drummer.

Let’s give these southern rockers a warm Ganny welcome for another performance at the Narraganset Cafe.
